You can now securely receive your radiology reports on your Smartphone’s health record application.

How does it work?

  1. Fill out the form below, so we can get you started with MeldRx, a secure web platform that houses your reports.*
  2. Open the email from MeldRx and follow the instructions to register.
  3. Once you’re registered with MeldRx, go to your Smartphone’s health record app, such as CommonHealth for Android, and follow the app’s instructions to connect your radiology records.
